The Labs’ primary strategic objectives are two fold:

  • To spearhead the development, demonstration and world-wide diffusion of breakthrough sustainability practices.
  • To rapidly develop into a resource of first choice for leaders in industry, communities, multilateral agencies and governments, who are looking to introduce shift-making sustainability innovations in their areas of concern.

 Supporting objectives include the following:

  • To bring to bear a holistic-systems perspective, scientifically-informed, design-approach to sustainability-related issues.
  • To embody sustainability principles in a series of initiatives directed at resolving specific issues of local and planetary significance.
  • To target specific opportunities that are ripe for change, integrating all the key factors required for achieving optimized, inclusive advantage.
  • To develop a cumulative portfolio of showcase projects demonstrating alternative approaches and ground breaking results, and help others in bringing these to scale.
